At Serein Botanicals, we take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. Below is our shipping policy to help you understand the process from the moment you place an order to when it reaches your doorstep.

PROCESSING TIME

  • Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase, followed by a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

domestic shipping

  • We offer standard shipping through USPS and UPS across the U.S. with delivery estimates of 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Free standard shipping is available on orders over $75 (before tax and after discounts).

  • Expedited shipping options are available by request for an additional fee.

packaging

  • In line with our commitment to sustainability, all orders are packaged in eco-friendly, recyclable, and sustainable materials.

delays + issues

  • While we aim to ship promptly, delivery times may be delayed due to carrier disruptions, natural events, or other unforeseen circumstances. If you experience any delays, please contact us at hello@sereinbotanicals.com and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

incorrect addresses

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at the time of purchase. If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us immediately at hello@sereinbotanicals.com to make changes before the order is processed.

  • If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-delivery, we will contact you to confirm the correct shipping address. A re-shipment fee will apply.

returns due to non-delivery

  • In cases where orders are marked as "Return to Sender" due to non-delivery or inability to receive the package, we will notify you upon receipt of the returned package.

  • We can reship your order once the shipping fee has been covered, or we can issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Serein Botanicals products, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Below is our policy on returns and exchanges to make your experience as smooth as possible.

return eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened, and undamaged products in their original packaging.

  • To initiate a return, email us at hello@sereinbotanicals.com with your order number and details of the return.

  • Items purchased during special promotions, sample sales, or marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

non-returnable items

Due to the nature of our handcrafted products, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used skincare, body care, and wellness products.

  • Discovery sets or sample-sized products.

  • Custom or limited-edition items.

refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you of your refund status.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the return is approved.

  • Please note, shipping charges are non-refundable.

exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for defective or damaged products. If you receive a faulty item, contact us at hello@sereinbotanicals.com within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and a description of the issue.

  • We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange, and you will receive a replacement at no additional cost.

return shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely. We are not responsible for lost or delayed returns.

order cancellations/modifications

  • If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at hello@sereinbotanicals.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your order has been processed and shipped, cancellations or modifications may not be possible.

customer errors/address corrections

  • If an error is made on the customer’s end (such as an incorrect address, wrong product selection, etc.), please contact us as soon as possible at hello@sereinbotanicals.com. We will do our best to correct the issue before the order is processed. If the order has already been shipped, re-shipment fees or additional charges may apply.
