Our candles are made of 100% domestically-grown soy wax—a long-burning, biodegradable and renewable resource. Wooden wicks are low-smoke and have a warm crackling sound while burning. We are dedicated to using only the finest fragrance oils that are scientifically backed to be 100% clean and non-toxic (free from carcinogens, mutagens, toxins), cruelty-free, phthalate-free, and paraben-free.
Each candle is poured in small batches by hand to ensure the highest attention to detail. You can have peace of mind burning our candles in your homes, around your families, and in your place of business.
PACKAGING
4 oz. travel tin has approximately 20-25 hours of burn time.
8 oz. recyclable glass jar comes with an optional kraft box and has approximately 40-50 hours of burn time.
FRAGRANCE NOTES
Bring the spirit of the majestic, soaring redwood forests into your living space with this scent inspired by the Japanese art of Shinrin-yoku, or “forest bathing,” which is the practice of spending time in nature to de-stress and ground you in the present moment. Step into a grove of ancient trees with this atmospheric scent that opens with top notes of spicy clove, green florals, and cucumber. Damp earth and smoky embers add depth to a heart of pine rooted in a woodland base of moss, cedar, and patchouli. This scent captures the essence of sitting in the middle of the forest floor, blanketed by the shade of ancient trees.
HOW-TO
Before lighting, trim the wooden wick to 1/4" using scissors or a wick trimmer for a clean, safe burn and increased candle lifespan. Discard the snipped portion in the trash; never leave wick trimmings in your candle jar. Do this every. single. time.
For the initial burn, allow the wax to melt to the edges of the jar for even burning, efficiency, and to prevent tunneling (~3 hours).
Store candles in a cool, dark and dry place with the lid on to keep them clean of dust and debris, and to help protect the wax and fragrance.
